We at Cubotimize value privacy and want to contribute to the protection of personal data. For this reason, below we present our Privacy Policy, so that you know how we use your personal data.

1. What does Cubotimize do?

We mainly operate on the following business fronts:

  • Consulting in information technology;
  • Business Intelligence consultancy, Low Code programming, software development and offering SaaS solutions.

We have SSL (Security Socket Layer) certification, which includes data encryption protection and a security key using the 256-bit SSL protocol.

8. How long do we keep Personal Data?

The retention of personal data by Cubotimize respects the following guidelines:

We are proud to be a company that takes the rights of personal data holders seriously. Therefore, we guarantee that the rights over your personal data provided for by law (art. 18, Federal Law no. 13,709/2018) can be fully exercised, respecting the applicable limits.

Access to data: anyone can request access to their personal data stored by us, as well as information about possible sharing with third parties.

Correction: if your personal data is incorrect, you can request that it be corrected or updated.

Deletion: Data provided with consent may be subject to deletion. However, it is possible that, even after the request for deletion, some personal data will remain stored, due to legal obligations or for the protection of our interests or those of our customers.

Portability: so that you can exercise the portability of your personal data, we can provide you with a copy of your personal data in a commonly readable format.

10. General Data Protection Law (LGPD)

Cubotimize faithfully complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law – LGPD, Law no. 13,709/2018 and related regulations. The purpose of which is to protect the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy, and the free formation of the personality of each individual.
