How do refunds work?

What payment methods can I use?
You can make payment securely via PayPal (Credit Card) or via Stripe. Payments are recurring and can be monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.
Which domains can I use when shortening a link?
You can use the standard domain "clique.li" to shorten the links, however, if you have the plan with the "Premium Domains" feature, in addition to the standard domain, "mktco.me", "cubo.ltd" and "cubo .news". You can contact us to purchase a special plan if you prefer an exclusive domain that you have purchased for this purpose as well.
What are the registration and login methods?

Is the platform safe?
We take everyone's safety and experience very seriously, we seek to update the technologies applied to maximize our customers' experiences! How do refunds work?
When joining one of our paid plans, you will have 7 calendar days to request a refund for the chosen plan via CuboPlus channels (Art. 49, of the CDC), if it passes the 7th day, you can still cancel the Paid Plan at any time, as it is free of loyalty. However, without refund, you will still have access to the system for the remaining time of the Paid Plan term, after the term, you will automatically be transferred to the Free Plan, your histories will be definitively deleted and the resources limited as per the Free Plan.
Will I receive a Tax Invoice ("NF")?
Yes! You will receive the Invoice ("NF") by the end of the following month via the registration email after confirming the subscription payment with the data entered in the payment process. If you are a Brazilian company, you must send an email with your CNPJ card and Municipal or State registration.
