When joining one of our paid plans, you will have 7 calendar days to request a refund for the chosen plan via CuboPlus channels (Art. 49, of the CDC), if it passes the 7th day, you can still cancel the Paid Plan at any time, as it is free of loyalty. However, without refund, you will still have access to the system for the remaining time of the Paid Plan term, after the term, you will automatically be transferred to the Free Plan, your histories will be definitively deleted and the resources limited as per the Free Plan.
